Delivery & Order

When will I receive my order?

We process and ship your order within 2-3 days, delivery times may vary but are generally between 5 and 21 days. If you would like to learn more about tracking your package you can use our order tracking service.

I didn't receive an email confirming my order, what can I do?

An email confirming your order is normally automatically sent to the email address with which you placed your order. If you have not received an email, please check your spam as a last resort or contact us at email address contact@durag-shop.com.

I can't track my package.

If you cannot track your package there may be different reasons:

- It is too early to be able to track your package, it will be available after a few days.

- The carrier has not updated the package tracking information.

- Your order number or email address entered is not the correct one (in this case, an error message will be entered)

I can't find my order number.

Your order number is located on the confirmation email that you receive immediately after your purchase. Example order number: 1350

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free for orders over €15.90. For orders of a lower amount the delivery price will be automatically calculated at checkout.

What are the delivery costs for the Overseas Territories?

Delivery for an order to a country that is part of overseas France amounts to 80 euros.

Which countries do you deliver?

We deliver to all countries. Please note that delivery times may therefore vary depending on your location.

Cancellation & Return

I received an item in a bad state

We are keen to maintain good quality for our products and do not tolerate our customers receiving their orders in inappropriate condition. If you receive an item in poor condition, please send us an email to contact@durag-shop.com with a photograph so that we can negotiate the solution that suits you best; a refund or sending a new item.

The given address is incorrect, can I change it?

If the address given is incorrect we unfortunately cannot modify your order unless you notify us directly before it is transmitted to our logistics department at the time we see your request. We invite you to contact contact@durag-shop.com as soon as possible.
