When will I receive my order?
We process and ship your order within 2-3 days, delivery times may vary but are generally between 5 and 21 days. If you wish to learn more about tracking your package you can use our order tracking service.
I didn't receive an email confirming my order, what can I do?
An email confirming your order is normally automatically sent to the email address with which you placed your order. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail as a last resort or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I can't track my package.
If you are unable to track your package there may be different reasons: - It is too early to be able to track your package, it is available after a few days. - The carrier has not updated the tracking information of the package. - Your order number or email address entered is not the right one (in this case, an error message will be displayed). If the problem persists even after several waiting players, please contact us at email@example.com.
I can't find my order number.
Your order number can be found on the confirmation email you receive just after your purchase. Example of order number: 1350

The delivery is offered to you on the whole store no matter the amount of your order.

I received an item in a bad state
We want to maintain good quality for our products and do not tolerate that our customers receive their orders in an inappropriate condition. If you receive an item in poor condition, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph so that we can negotiate the solution that suits you best; a refund or the sending of a new item.
The given address is incorrect, can I change it?
If the address given is incorrect we unfortunately cannot change your order unless you notify us directly before it is forwarded to our logistics department at the time we see your request. We invite you to contact email@example.com as soon as possible.
